Leicester City vs Newcastle United (0-1)
Newcastle United’s Premier League standing is just about secured when Ayoze Perez’s first-half header attained a 1-0 win away at in-form Leicester town.
Leicester had won four during a row, with Brendan composer among the nominees for March’s Premier League manager of the month award when succeeding Claude Puel in February.
But despite dominating possession at the King Power sports stadium on Friday, they fell to a loss thanks to an original Perez header, his seventh Premier League goal of the season moving metropolis up to thirteenth, ten points afar from the relegation zone.

Wilfred Ndidi and Youri Tielemans had long-range efforts when the break, however, the Foxes were troubled to make explicit probabilities against a metropolis defense sitting more and more profound.
Set-piece specialist James Maddison wasted a free-kick from a decent position within the seventy-fifth minute and Jamie Vardy fluffed his lines later still with a miss that summed up Leicester’s lack of clinical edge.
But metropolis had a nervy finale, and Javier Manquillo was lucky not to concede a penalty once he seemed to tug Tielemans’ arm within the confine the closing stages.
